I have actually been waiting for this new book from Lark Beading and Jewelry.
Beautiful Beaded Ropes by Jill Wiseman.
There are a lot of books on the market for beaded ropes however, this one encompasses the most popular stitches with the most popular beads to create stunning neck pieces. But that is not all. Jill takes her ideas a step further. Every page will encourage you to create not just ropes for necklaces, but bracelets, earrings, and even the ever popular big ring. I like that this book is sectioned into different bead stitches. Each section has several projects in that particular stitch. With Peyote, RAW and Netted techniques Jill brings structure, design and color to each piece.
As with all Lark books the instructions are very clear, with outstanding graphics and text. The photography by Lynne Harty is superb. In addition the layout of this book allows easy to follow instructions for each project. This 119 page book includes 24 brilliant projects, 12 pages of supplies, techniques and beads, and 9 pages of gallery art from well known bead artists.
If you have been wanting to add depth, texture and even some excitement to your beading projects then you must have this book. I highly recommend this new book

Looks like an interesting book! I don't think I have the patience for ropes, however!
