Hey Everyone. I have had a few people mention that I have my comments set up for Registered Users - includes OpenID and that it is a pain to leave a comment. Sorry about that. I use to have my comments open to anyone including Anonymous Users and was getting so much spam including some real sick stuff that I no longer allow just anyone to comment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi Everyone!
This week has just been so busy in addition to trying to feel better, that I actually thought this was Thursday not Friday. So this week again I will be showing older art. Hey art is art.
Thanks to Eva and Kristin for hosting Paint Party Friday week 48.
Be sure to stop by and see all of the fantastic artists who join in.
This is what I call "Car Art" I draw and sketch while we are on road trips. Yes I am the passenger. LOL

Great piece, Nicole. I admire your ability to do car art. Can't comment on my Wordpress ID.

yes, I have the same problem as Faye, the comments are only signable with google accounts and openID which are a real pain. YOu can change your setup in blogger to make it more friendly to would-be commenters.
I was admiring your portrait, amazing work for being in a car in particular! Happy PPF
not sure of my words, since English is not my mother language, but "what an expressive piece of work !"

Impáctante face, as it is looming with the color. Saludos

Love that you put color on the face. :) Amazing!
Your 'car art' looks great! I have a lot of 'church art' much to my dear husband's chagrin. 'Hope you're feeling better.
Oooh, what captivating eyes! You are lucky to be able to draw in the car.
this is an amazing piece. I find it wonderfully dramatic the way you added some color on top of your graphite drawing.
Yes, a beautiful picture, a nice way to spend time on the road.
Amazing to do a portrait without a reference and while moving at high speeds! LOL!
Great face & you are so right - art is art & I love we can share!
this is really great. so interesting, and the first thing I thought of was this could be a slaves face ...he looks lost or scared.. lost in time and far from his home he feels detached...
Just my 2 cents in case you care.
great work and done while in a car it is pretty darn good.
your piece today has such depth. it's amazing how you can control your lines if you are in a moving car. well, i would get nauseous so i can't draw in the car. it would be great to be able to do that on long trips. thank you for sharing,
