WHERE HAVE ALL THE DAYS GONE?

Hi Everyone!
I can't believe this month is almost over and 2012 is upon us. Especially the last 4 or 5 days. I have been able to get a few things finished, articles sent off, and even some beading all of this in the midst of migraine. Some one told me once that when you get older the migraines subside. Haaaaa... THEY LIED.... :)
I am better today and even have some energy. My foot is healing too. Wowowow... one thing after another. Thank goodness for art.
Here is my latest texture painted gourd with a bit of beads.

The beads are sewn directly to the gourd

Simple netting is all this gourd needed

Have a great day

That looks awesome, Nicole! I have to say that I'm happy that this year is over, as it was a tough one for me, ending with the loss of another loved one. Hoping for a better 2012!

Another beautiful gourd. The beading is superb. The gourd itself looks as though it was made of a textured cloth because of the paint you have used. Just wonderful!
