VINCE WOULD BE PROUD

Hi Everyone!

I have had a busy day catching up with news and what my friends, here in OR, have been up to. Is it nice being home???? It is nice seeing my friends and of course being with Mike, however, being in Florence still sucks. :)))) Ooookayyy so I would like the weather to be more perfect. Cold wind and I don't get along. Now for my happy story. Nicholas, Vince's son, has been with my brother Steve for a week now and is finding that life is busy and a lot of fun. Steve and his wife Carlene took Nik and their daughters, Sarah and Leah, boating last week. The time was so much fun for Nik that he was calling me every 1/2 hour to tell me what he was doing. Sunday Steve and Nik drove over to Flathead Lake, MT. to see my other brother Pat and his wife Tobi. Nik called to tell me he fell in the creek while they were fishing. He said, "Aunt Nikki I am having so much fun here." Then Pat took the guys out on the lake to do some real fishing and here is what Nik caught. I know Vince is shinning with pride and happy his son is with our brothers.

Oh and the fish!

I am so glad the Nicholas has loving family to be with him during this time. Life goes on even when we say goodbye but it is so much better when we have loved ones around us.

Glad Nicholas has a bit of fish and fun in his life right now! He's dealing with tough emotions, I'm sure.

The photo makes me smile. Glad Nik is having a good time with family. And which sauce will be served with the fish? :-))

So there is a silver lining to the dark cloud after all.......

I'm sure Nicholas is very grateful for the loving family he was born into.

I love how he wanted you to share in his joy - that says so much!

Hugs!

What a great photo. He looks happy there with that very huge fish! It's great that he has loving male role models to look after him. Theresa
