Get your punk on... Steampunk that is. In this issue of Bead Unique Magazine Pam Hawkins and the team have a contest. Here is what Pam has to say. Put your skills to the test and create a kickin' cool steampunk-themed piece in any of the following categories: beaded jewelry, art jewelry, home decor, or fashion.
You can use any medium (s) you like: seed beads, wirework, metal, polymer, stringing, metal clay, fiber, etc.
All designs must be the artist's original designs and you must submit your own work.
Submission deadline is September 15, 2010
A winner will be chosen based on originality and quality of design concept. Extra points will be given for unusual use of materials.
Winner will be announced our Bead Unique's Facebook group on September 17, 2010. Photos of the top three picks will appear in the Winter issue of Bead Unique Magazine.
