OWOH BEAD/NECKLACE

Hi Everyone!

Well today in Florence it has been storming like the the gods have opened up the skies. Wowow I don't think I have ever seen rain come down so hard before. So it is the perfect day to stay inside and take care of business. I really did get a lot done today. One of the things is this necklace. Now one of my gifts from OWOH giveaway was from Julie Nordine. My beautiful win was this incredible bead. I Knew immediately what I was going to do with this prize.
Using it as a connection for flatwork. This flatwork piece encompasses my techniques for layered flatwork and lacy flatwork. Both of these techniques are taught in my book, "FlatWork" also my new bead kits teach the layered technique. OK so here is the necklace. Hope you like it.

Ahh the claps is a vintage Lucite button my Nan gave to me

So stunningly beautiful, Nicole!!! You gave that bead a magical place to hang out!

I think your storm moved east-- it's pouring in Boise this morning! Nothing quite as sweet as the smell of the desert during a spring rain!
