There are A LOT of beaders in my town of Florence, OR. For that matter the whole state has a pretty remarkable number bead hobbyist and bead artists. However, my very good friend Charmaine Psnell is one of the 4 finalists in the Toho Bead Challenge. The day I saw the finished piece at her home I stopped in my tracks. All I could do was stare while goose bumps ran up my arms. The art piece is beyond stunning. I can't divulge the photos I took, not yet anyway. We are so proud and happy for Charmaine.
