ArtFire Comes to the Rescue

OK, so don't get tired of me writing about ArtFire. However, I know that most of you have been on Internet selling sites for many years. How many times have you had a problem and not been able to resolve it? How many hours did you spend on the computer looking through the "help" or the "forums" of a particular site only to be so frustrated you wanted to throw something? When you clicked on "contact us" there is only an unidentified email that will take at least 24 hours to even have some one read. Well I am here to tell you that at ArtFire that is not the case! I had my first two buyers the other day and things got a bit messy. The shopping cart didn't preform as it should have and well it wasn't a fun shopping day. The ladies buying are long time customers of mine with a simple email between us, their orders were filled. However, I want an on line store that works. Under "contact us" with ArtFire you have a choice of emails or calling. I did the email and was so surprised when the situation was taken care of almost immediately. Later in the day I did speak with Jessica from ArtFire. She is so determined to keep things running smoothly and to make everyone at ArtFire happy. Again I LOVE ARTFIRE!!!!! Head over and check it out. Sign up and remember to use me Beadwright as your referral. I know you will enjoy the shopping there and then start selling your own items. Handmade only.

Great posting Nicole! I think where ever we try to sell online there will always be glitches of some sort but the important part is that the people behind the scenes are concerned and take an initiative to solve the problems. Another A+++++ ranking for ArtFire!

Nicole,

Thanks so much for your patience on that matter. I am glad Jessica could get things sorted out for you. We appreciate you adding your creative voice to the ArtFire community.

Now this is something you don't see everyday. A member of an online selling venue leaving a comment on a blog. I must say I'm immensely impressed with ArtFire.

Aloha Nicole,
I handcraft soy candles and natural soap. I have a blog and an etsy store and was thinking about artfire. Thanks for sharing your personal experience with them.
