MORE 2 BUCK ITEMS

Hi everyone!
This has been just a strange day. Ohhhh... could be me right?? I will admit it I am a bit on the strange side. LOL
That aside I was busy all day but feel like nothing really got accomplished. Hmmm.... Oh welllll...
I did get some 3 mm Swarovksi Crystals listed in my Beadwright Etsy Store. And yeessss they are part of my $2 Buck sale. You get 25 3mm bicons. OK OK don't say it, I did  not spell Bicon incorrectly. In the olden days of beading Bicones were refered to as bicons. I just can't get use to the bicone reference. So however you say it they are only $2 Bucks.

Now I wanted to use the new Etsy Coupon on my Beadwright kits. It turns out that you can't use if for individual items. What ever the % off is, pertains to everything in an Etsy Store. So if you are interested in any of my Beadwright kits, that are already marked down to just $26.00, I will give another 10% off.  Just email me I will adjust the price for you.
Now here are just a few remarks and finished pieces from my one of my Beadwright Kits
Check out

How can you pass up Swarovski???

THE DAY AFTER

Hi Everyone!
I hope that all of you had a wonderful day. Mike and I did. In fact we had two wonderful days. I cooked and we ate BIG on Wednesday. Then yesterday grazed all day on left overs. It was really nice to just be the two of us. Of course we were on the phone with my mom, the kids and my brothers. Everyone is doing great. Nicolas however, is having a bit of a hard time with his dad's passing so extra hugs were piled on.
If you are some of my crazy friends who actually went shopping today hope there were some good deals out there. I stayed home and beaded.
I know all of you who ventured out today just might need some relazing photos
This is a family of Flickers that came to eat from my yard today.

I shot these out my kitchen window and it was raining. So for that I think the photos came out OK

SHOES SHOES AND OMG WILD SHOES

Hi Everyone!
Boy has it been a strange week. Busy busy busy. I am trying not to complain about all the pain in my foot/feet, legs, and head but OMG with the weather turning colder, wetter, windier, foggier, and well just overall winter my body is just screaming at me. I know that some of you are feeling the same effects. Hope all of you have what you need to deal with winter ailments.
With that said, about my feet, it saddens me that I have to wear supportive shoes, and now my ever new fashion of the big black medical boot. Why?  Because I am a SHOE MONGOR, HAVE A SHOE FETTISH, AT ONE TIME WOULD BUY SHOES OVER BEADS...... omg!!!! I had a wall in my studio, floor to ceiling with cards, pictures, and drawings of shoes. The new styles today simply thrill me. If I could wear them I would buy ALL of them. So when I found this site today I was excited, laughing, wondering and amazed at this designer. Kobi Levi has a great eye and sense of humor and yes style as well. Check these photos and then go see all the other shoes.

These are just a taste of what he has posted.

 I love these gum shoes!!!

I would love to try these on

I AM FEATURED!

Hi Everyone!
It seems like a quiet weekend in cyberspace and that includes me as well. Too many things going on here with emotions. I know there are a lot of you out there that have had multiple family and friends that have passed in a short period of time. For me this last year has been a bit overwhelming and with the loss of our dear Mya dog it kind of all hit home. I have been keeping myself very very busy over this last few months so as not to dwell or get depressed with all of the loss. However, this weekend has been a punch in the stomach for me. Wowowoow I had no intention of writing all of this. Sorry. What I wanted to say is that I am so blessed with good friends and with the little happy things that happen everyday. Like having one of my bracelets featured on Beader's Showcase. It is a bracelet that I have shared with all of you a few months back. These little wonders of recognition have blessed my heart. Thanks Ann and Jeff. If you do not know of Beader's Showcase then you should head over and see all the hard work that is put into this site just for us.

And everyone... thank you for helping me through all of this. XOXO

BEEN BEAD SHOPPING

Hi Everyone!
A quick not to say hello and to wish all of you a great weekend.
Mike and I got up early... well early for Mike and headed into town. (Eugene) I need some new clothes. Why well because I love shopping and because since I have been home from my brother's in July I have lost 22 pounds. OK so some of that is Weight Watchers and some could be just a weeee bit of stress. LOL I just crack myself up. So new clothes are what I need. I am so upset that most woman's jeans are made of that stretchy material that I simply hate. I hate it in blouses and I really hate it in pants. So no pants today but I did get a few cute shirts. Then off to Gem Fair. Yeahhhhh... I got some awesome cabs, and lots of Swarovski. Got some great deals and well I am a happy girl.
Now it is time to get off of my foot and rest up for a weekend of beading.

BRACELET SIZES HELP

Hi Everyone!
Where do I come when I need a question answered??? To all of you of course. So here it is. I made two bracelets this morning. The first I am very happy with the design and the size. The second I am happy with the design not the size. Now I have a very small wrist. I can some times wear a 5 1/2 inch bracelet. 6 inch hangs perfectly on me. Mike is always telling me I make my bracelets too small. I have to agree with him because I do get women at my booths trying them on and then saying, "I wish this was bigger." Or "I know this won't fit me I have a big wrist." Soooooo this second bracelet I made is SOOOOO BIGGGG.  I mean  Amazon woman big. LOL!!! I went to a few sites to find out what the  normal is OMG one site said the standard petite is 7 inches. OMG I can wear that around my ankle. So my question; is how long is the largest size bracelet that any of you make? Not cuffs actual bracelets (OK so I need to be more specific by cuffs.

beadwork over brass or other metal)
Thanks everyone I will take photos later and post my work for today.
